Are you doing routine surgeries and procedures?

No. We are now only permitted to provide “essential” services to ensure the health and welfare of all animals.

Are you doing annual boosters?

Yes and no. We are now doing most vaccinations although we are still asking please to wait up to 12 weeks after the annual booster is due. Some animals at risk (i.e. Police dogs, cats going to cattery or dogs going to kennels) can receive their booster as soon as it is due.

I have just adopted a new puppy/kitten, can I book the 1st or 2nd vaccination?

Yes. It is important to complete the vaccination schedule at the correct time to protect the kitten or puppy against deadly diseases as soon as possible.

Am I able to vaccinate my rabbit?

Yes, your rabbit can be booked in when the vaccination is due.

Am I able to castrate/spay my pet?

Yes, we are open to any type of neutering now. Please give us a ring to book an appointment.

Are you doing any nail clipping or dental checks?

No, all routine and elective surgeries are still being postponed for now. We are hoping to be able to offer this service again soon.

Can I order food or flea and worm treatment?

Yes, please click on the buy & booking menu and select “treatments” or “food” tab. You can pay online using the PayPal tab or give us ring and you can pay by card. Please give us 2 working days for collection of treatment.

Can I order more than 1 month prescription?

It will be at the discretion of the prescribing Vet, depending on medication required and diagnosis of the animal. We will try to accommodate this whenever possible.

Can you post medications?

Yes, we can post most medications other than Schedule 3 drugs (i.e., Epiphen, Gabapentin) at a cost of £2.50 standard delivery or £3.60 first Class. Please let us know if you would like this service at the time of ordering.

Can you deliver food or medications?

Yes, we now offer a new delivery service for all food and drugs. Check on our “new delivery” tab  when the delivery is due in your area. Call us to arrange payment and to schedule a delivery. Cost for Delivery service is £3.99.

 

How can I pay for my treatment?

It’s very easy. Please click on the tab “PayPal” (to the left of the header) or give us a ring and pay with your card over the phone.

Are you still doing home visits?

Yes, we can do home visits. We are working in very small teams every day, but we will try to accommodate the best we can under these circumstances.
